All of you who are familiar with my ideas know that when times of potential negativity arise,I give people a heads up on its potential.
What this means,is that i believe that precautions must be taken to prevent harm.This does not mean that harm will occur,but that the elderly,the infirm and the frail should not push themselves.
There will be a very high risk for stroke and heart attacks in the next few days.
