Obviously metals will be needed for rebuilding Japan,but investments also in such things as;medicine for the burgeoning aging population,aids medicine,tranquilizer drugs,expansion of the american car industry due to the tempory cessation of Japanese auto makers,materials used to clean up storms and wood use to batten down houses,roofing materials and other such products will probably come to the fore.
In the chemical industry, fungicides for crop mold,should do a brisk business.
No doubt,tobacco crops might suffer the same fate as wheat,because there will be alot of water affecting the spring crop.
