Be Careful of False Narcissism in the Scrutiny of Others
Many times all of us, from modesty, chose close friends and other significant others in our lives who have no actual idea who we actually are.
We may pick them because they are haughty, famous, rich, whatever.
These people, because of their ridiculous self-love — Narcissism: Narcissus fell in love with his own image and died of hunger because he could not leave the image of his own visage reflected back on him from a pool of water.
We can unwittingly, because we are vulnerable, allow the gaze of these important others to reflect back upon us their false mirror of us. Then we pine away, trying to fulfill this image.
Many times in a chart, such victims have most of their planets on the right side of their chart, showing this weakness, but other instances exist that can engender this effect.
Before you entrust your personality to others and hand over your “blingatude” to the never never land of the false regard of others, think.
