Many don’t realize how easy it is to find in an individual’s charts the “x factor” known as “initiative”. For someone like me this is one of the easiest factors to locate.
When headhunters and those hiring for leadership positions come to someone like me looking to find a candidate who has the ability to make decisions fast and who enjoys running large groups of people they can come to me for answers. I can peruse their traditional charts to make sure hidden negative personality factors are not likely to be part of their nature.
A western astrologer can never offer such insights although they claim they can.
