If you note the prediction made on this blog before the transportations of recent memory occured you will realize we can add the Virgin Airlines Emergency landing at Gatwick Airport in England to the list of the plethora of transportation accidents which have proven this prediction to be accurate.
The mutable cross about this was posted is still there and conditions exist whereby these events will,no doubt continue to occur,until the configuration breaks up.
Would this have been a useful knowledge for the airlines and other purveyors of transport to know ahead of time?You answer that!
