This week,bring a high leval of physical anxiety in the population.
The reason I bring this up is that if you observe it in yourself and realize it will pass eventually,you will have strong power over it.
Get the stress out of the body through excercise and breathing.Eat fresh foods.Think of your goals for your life ahead.
If you keep the big picture of your life in your front window,you will avoid wasting your time during this week of this intense:”inner storm”.
